Jason is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and brings over 25 years’ experience in commercial and corporate law, both contentious and advisory. He has real hands on practical experience for business owners as demonstrated by his own highly successful business career. He established the holding company Torridon (Gibraltar) in the late 90s. As CEO he oversaw the growth of the firm by organic means, strategic acquisitions and seed businesses. The firm was listed on the AIM in 2006 and he took the firm private again through an MBO in 2010. He is a published commentator in legal and insurance sector journals. During his legal career he has specialised in contract drafting, shareholder issues, corporate structures and disposals.
